Hey Phil you are amazing with your information and your way of teaching thank you so much for what I have learned so far I still have a ton to learn I’ve been trying to do real estate for a while and bought into a lot of seminars for thousands of dollars I could of bought my own house with that sure I learned stuff but it was never enough to get my first deal I want you to know I haven’t given up yet I just haven’t had the right support yet I would be happy to give up 50 percent of my deals just to learn from you beings you reached out to me personally means you care and that means a lot I’m ready to do this thanks a lot.
