I’m such a big fan of Phil and what he teaches. I’ve always had a passion for real estate and i’m happy to have been Phil’s mentee. He is one of the very best.

Ever since I read “How to be a Real Estate Investor”, I’ve been super excited to learn more. The book was super helpful and I found myself relating to Phil’s story on many levels! I am a mechanical engineer and Christian as well. Lately, my discontent with the fact that I waste 40-50 hours a week doing something that I don’t care about has been increasing. Im spending the best part of my day and the best years of my life doing something that I don’t want to do or enjoy all the while missing out on quality time with my wife and children. Even more than that, I’m living a life that does NOT line up with my goals/values. I don’t want to be chained to a desk all the time. I want to actually live and do something with my life that means something and has eternal value.

Really respect this company and Phil is in inspiration and a great teacher. He’s helping this Irishwoman who is moving to Austin in the next few weeks to achieve the American Dream!

What’s so special about Phil and his team is that they tell you what you don’t want to hear. It’s all so genuine. No fluff, just workable methods that produce real results.

This company really opened my eyes to all the opportunities that were all around me with real estate. I will be forever grateful for what they have done for me.

I closed a deal last Friday and the profit was $45,327! I followed the program EXACTLY. I bought that house for $53,000, put about $16,000 into the rehab and sold it for $112,900. It’s better than I expected. Oh, and I joined about 5 months ago so it took about 5 months to get to my first deal, in case you were wondering.

After watching almost all of the videos on youtube and taking their course and Hearing all of apprentices success stories, I KNEW it was truth. Thank you Phil for all you do for the people who are trying to better their lives and get help. I am Grateful to have learned so much from Phil. I hope to be able to have helped others as much as Phil has one day! Truly grateful!!

I almost never leave reviews, but for Phil, I have to, because he is absolutely brilliant. The knowledge he shares and how he shares it (his teaching style) is excellent. I hope he keeps doing what he is doing for a very long time.

Joining this program is at the top of my wish list. I’ve done so much research on all the different real estate investing programs and this one is by far the best.
